German Auto Specialists has always provided excellent service and professionalism. Being a female car owner who knows nothing about cars, I've always respected John's(JR)honesty and integrity. My 2002 BMW runs like a new car every time I get it back from German Auto.

Fantastic service from the start! My wife wanted these wheels and tires installed on her car but wanted a local garage to install them. They did not have the equipment to do it but German Auto Specialists did! My last set of tires I had them do those as well. From now on its always German Auto Specialists! They are very customer oriented and the tech's deal directly with the customers!

The Service they provide is top of the line!! They all treat you like family and take their time with the whole process. Very reasonable pricing with peace of mind knowing that your car is with people that know what they are doing and love doing their job! They won't try to sell you anything you don't need!! Highly recommend if you want to keep your invest around for a while

I've been taking my BMX X5 to German Auto Specialists for several years now and I'm always impressed with their high level of customer service, knowledge of German vehicles, and professionalism. They are honest to deal with and follow-through as promised. You leave feeling like your vehicle has been given the attention it deserves and you've been charged a fair price for quality work. Highly recommended.

For the first time since I purchased my used MB SL 600,I didn't use the dealership for repairs. I needed inspection, emissions, and suspension work. I was very pleased with the personal attention I was given and the efforts they made to fix some problems involving emissions. The prices were not cheap, but they were significantly cheaper than the dealership. They also coordinated an aftermarket policy I have, often a tedious process which dealerships don't involve themselves with. They deserve my 5 star rating.

This was the second time I took the car to German Auto specs. It was also the second time I had a great experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
