My 2013 Volkswagen CC would not start and I had no idea what the problem was having replaced my battery just two weeks before. I took it to German Auto Specialists instead of a Volkswagen Dealership where I knew they would be very expensive. Nick and his staff put in a lot of time and effort in to inspect and test the engine to determine the problem. Once they found the problem (engine was very dirty and needed new spark plugs and fuel injectors) they fixed it in a very timely manner. They explained and even showed me the repair in detail. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and was thousands of dollars less than what a dealership would have charged me. The car now drives a lot better and faster than when I first purchased it and even gets better gas mileage! I found German Auto Specialists to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, ethical and cost-effective. I highly recommend anyone who needs their car fixed to go to German Auto Specialists instead of a dealership. You will pay a lot less and get great service with excellent mechanics. Glenn A.
