Horrible experience!! They called me the night before to confirm my appointment for September 23rd at 9:30am, I showed up at 9:00am, and was told that I wouldn’t be seen until 11:30!! These people don’t ever have to worry about me driving from Philadelphia to Plymouth meeting again to spend my money lol!! Luckily I found another place who took me in but before they could do the wheel alignment they had to replace my inner and outer tie rods! If you want to get Jerked around go to German Auto Specialist but if you want good honest service go somewhere else

Can’t just a book by the cover! This small repair shop is located between large dealership and another commercial building. The Porsche Communication Management system service provided on the vehicle was fast and at very reasonable price. Special call out to Andrew who not only found the solution and implemented the software upgrade to fix my issue but he done so expeditiously and at reasonable price! A shout to a small local shop that provides BIG services!

I used German Auto Specialist to conduct an inspection on a car that was a private sale. They scheduled the appointment quickly and completed it within 24hrs of scheduling. They explained the results of the inspection and I ultimately purchased the car. They were nice to work with, the process was easy and efficient and the price was fair. I would recommend using their shop for your foreign car services.
