Plymouth Meeting Auto Repair

My 2013 Volkswagen CC would not start and I had no idea what the problem was having replaced my battery just two weeks before. I took it to German Auto Specialists instead of a Volkswagen Dealership where I knew they would be very expensive. Nick and his staff put in a lot of time and effort in to inspect and test the engine to determine the problem. Once they found the problem (engine was very dirty and needed new spark plugs and fuel injectors) they fixed it in a very timely manner. They explained and even showed me the repair in detail. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and was thousands of dollars less than what a dealership would have charged me. The car now drives a lot better and faster than when I first purchased it and even gets better gas mileage! I found German Auto Specialists to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, ethical and cost-effective. I highly recommend anyone who needs their car fixed to go to German Auto Specialists instead of a dealership. You will pay a lot less and get great service with excellent mechanics. Glenn A. I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz C300 all the work that has been done by these guys is impeccable I am funny about my car it doesn't come out in bad weather and I like good workmanship I don't even go to Mercedes-Benz where I bought it I don't have a lot of miles on it but all the performance stuff that I have wanted done that includes the lowering that they are about to do has been awesome work thanks guys you always get my work and besides that let's hear it for the independent technicians out there not the manufacturer or dealership technicians which some of them I find suspect go to German Auto Specialists leave happy I know I have

Very positive experience, no surprises. Another place suggested I need a transmission rebuild, German Auto started with transmission fluid check(common sense). And after filling it up, problem was fixed. Received a %10 first time customer discount, and prices were compatible. Certainly 5 stars. And as always, if things change, I will update my rate and review accordingly.

Repaired the convertible top mechanism on our 2004 A4. Staff was professional, efficient and very honest. Parts were immediately available and the repair worked. Price was much lower than the quote received from the local dealer (thieves).
