These folks we're fantastic every time I went to them with an issue with my old C230K. They not only worked magic and went above and beyond with the work, but their customer service is amazing as well. Finally, when I had to switch vehicles they helped me out with the inspection even though it was American made. I fully endorse these folks and their business!

I'm writing this for a friends Audi S4. Friends gets diagnosed for bad engine mounts from dealership (weird noise in engine bay). Says motor is sitting on fram...Okay???.. This business says the flywheel is cracked, hes so sure he says if this doesn't fix problem, we'll do engine mounts for free. Low and beyond shows pictured of cracked flywheel. Drives like a dream now. Highly recommended Shop!

John and Nick are always helpful and filled with great ideas. This shop is an absolute gem for a local Porsche and BMW enthusiast like me. I highly recommend this shop for your German car needs. Additionally, these folks really KNOW how to mount and balance tires the right way!

I was so impressed with the entire staff and the excellent treatment I received. I arrived late and they still took the time to diagnose my Audi A4 Cabrio 3.0 ‘05. I needed a second opinion as the dealer diagnosed low compression and 100% leakdown in one of the cylinders, and told me I needed a new engine. German Auto showed me the compression test in process and that it was completely normal. The staff went out of their way to help me access a rental right away. As a single mother, I can only say it’s amazing that there are honest techs - here at German Auto.

Have been using G.A.S. to service my 04 Audi A4 convertible for the past several years. Been very pleased with their service. Have had several mechanical issues within the past year that they were able to diagnose and repair the FIRST time (fuel pump, ABS control module, steering sensor, frozen control rod ends). Some reviews have mentioned that they were expensive but anyone who owns a German car knows that the biggest cost to your repair bill is the exorbitant cost of the parts which the shop has no control over. They know German vehicles inside and out. They are honest and fairly priced. Would highly recommend this shop.
