We had Heater "issues" with our '04 BMW 530i. Tony checked out the car and came up with a game plan (5 possibilities) for fixing the problem. He recommended replacing the Heater Valve with fan first. It was $191 worth of parts/ approx 4 hrs labor, & by noon We definitely had HEAT & volume of air! Thank you Tony, & JR for helping us out again. Between our restored '70 911 & this BMW we've been customers now over 10 years!

They had the equipment and experience necessary to address the rough running engine on my 1995 325i. Very comprehensive testing and analysis were conducted, ruling out many potential causes. They read the old OBD1 computer, then pulled out a more comprehensive tool that looked at the old-style un-packaged data that cars of this vintage produced. If you have a pre-1996 German car, these folks have the ability to eliminate much of the guessing game most modern mechanics propose to play to diagnose and fix issues that arise without a smoking gun pointing right at them. Their prices reflect the value of the knowledge and experience they offer.
