This is one of the best experiences I ever had with all the Mercedes Benz dealers and authorized repair shops I have used over the last 30 years.. JB and JR,the 2 owners and their Office Mgr Joanne worked as a team to have a serious ABC problem solved and within a reasonable budget. The proper repairs were not only completed but within one working day as promised. Kudos to this great team. Stop paying high unnecessary money to the so called MB 'rip off dealers and have German Auto do the work as needed.

Of course, wasn't happy with the cost of my service, but the "service" was great as usual. Who is happy with a large bill? While I was waiting for my car to be completed, I observed Tim talking to a customer. He was very professional and kind. As of previous service, I should be satisfied with the work done.

They were very accommodating and efficient. They took my car one day earlier than appt and finished the job same day! Excellent job putting on 4 new tires. Perfectly balanced. Nice group of people, especially Joanne at front desk and phone..what a pleasure!!!!

I took in an older Mercedes in for a pre-purchase inspection. The review that they did was extremely comprehensive. They pointed out multiple flaws that would have cost thousands of dollars to correct. Everyone there was friendly and professional.

From the friendly welcome to the willingness to explain what was done and what would be advised to do in the future. This was a great experience.
