Great customer service. Had my car finished in one day. Had even been willing to help coordinate an off-site rental car, had need be, if work could not have ben completed by shop's closing time for the day. It wasn't necessary, but nice that it would have been arranged on my behalf.

Nick and the team are always polite and take time and care with my ML350. We had some issues with the Ad Blue system causing the check engine light to illuminate and Nick had me bring the vehicle back multiple times at no additional charge until the problem was fixed. I appreciate their attention to detail the continued courteous service.

Nick and his team demonstrated personal ownership of our repairs and kept us informed about every step as we had the engine replaced on our VW. Choosing to have an extensive repair undertaken seemed a bit overwhelming upfront but the result hit the mark. Nick and company know their stuff, work efficiently and competently, and at prices that are incredibly reasonable. If you are a client, they will never hesitate to take a look at something that seems "off" if you stop by, scheduling is rarely an issue, and--perhaps most importantly--they are completely honest about repairs that are necessary vs. repairs that can wait. They have worked on my X5, Audi Allroad, 560SL, and XJS--delivering results on time and within budget. I have worked with numerous mechanics over the years, but will never take my vehicles that are out of warranty anywhere else.
