I won't go anywhere else for my 3 Mercedes service. They are SO NICE and helpful. This is what all repair shops should aspire to be. Good prices, great communication, nice people, helpful techs, and a friendly dog to greet you! They love cars and take extra care when working on your car. If you have a German car, don't go anywhere else.

I just had a very positive experience with German Auto Specialists for changing my brakes and doing regular maintenance on my BMW 328i. They made sure I wasn't buying more than I need to, and were very honest about the condition of my car and the work. I will definitely return to this shop for any other mechanical needs.

I have an older Porsche with many maintenance trips to GAS over the years. To give a review based on just one experience at one point in time reveals very little about this or any other repair facility Even broken clocks get it right twice a day. But when considered together over time, a picture emerges. The reader can be assured that GAS gets it right and does so consistently. This is a difficult standard to maintain. They make it look easy. This is also how you make customers for life. They rock.

THE GOOD: Have been going here for 12 years. Excellent know-how in the service and maintenance of BMW's. They can ALWAYS "fix it". Prices are always lower than the dealer. Very honest about the problem with the car; never make up or invent problems. Fairly fast repairs. Will sometimes let you bring your own parts. Friendly staff. Have free WiFi and coffee in waiting area. You get routine service reminder letters sent to your home. Can easily arrange rental cars with a third party agency. THE BAD: Sometimes service of dubious benefits are touted, for example, transmission flush, air intake cleaning, etc. Service prices are fair, but not cheap. Don't have free rentals. Waiting are is small and cramped (especially compared to the dealers). Location in a crappy area with no food or shopping available. Hard to get a last minute appointment.
