I was concerned because my part was a little unusual and not something that would normally break. I was elated when the part would be available the next day and installed immediately. Had a vibration in my car. They were able to look at it quickly, and book me for a clutch replacement the following week for a 2 day job. Got the car back and driving was much smoother. They also cleaned off the engine bay covers and fixed a rattle that I had without asking.
