As usual, German Auto Specialist exceeded my expectations by analyzing/identifying the problem, recognizing my need for the repair and performing the work. For a small specialty shop they have and continue to be my sole service provider for my 2000 BMW 323cic.

John and JR always come through with repairs that work - our 1985 MB 500SL is a classic that is nothing short of challenging to work on. They are the only ones we will take it to.

I have been dealing with German Auto Specialists since 1997. I even take my cars there for simple service or warrantied problems rather than the dealer. They have worked on my BMWs various Mercedes my Audi and 911 Porsche. I could take my vehicles elswhere but why when the service at German Auto Specialists is by far superior to the dealer's not to mention the cost is more reasonable.

I was only coming in for tires but was accommodated for an oil change. In addition, while I was waiting, they offered a private room for me to take conference calls and work. Great service for a fair price.
