JR makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done to your car in nonprofessionals’ terms and does not ever force you to have things fixed that do not need to be. I dropped my Boxster off the previous afternoon for state inspection. They called about 10 the next morning to tell me it was finished. No inspection surprises. There was a minor non-inspection item that they repaired at a nominal charge which was OK with me. They were very professional and I will used them again.

It was my first time going to this place, they were very kind, sweet and understanding, even though I didn't have an appointment they took me in and solved my car issue.
