From the initial appointment, to the follow-up calls, this was a major step up in communications vs. my prior auto service experiences. Very professional shop that understands these vehicles, does what they say they are going to do and shares the same passion for these cars as their owners. Without a doubt, this will be my go to shop for my BMW in the future.
