JR's background, plus BMW knowledge from Tony & Tim really helped to get our '04 heater back up to "heating" properly vs just installing a new thermostat/ water pump. Intake manifold flap valve malfunction also detected. Oil change plus a state inspection, and we were done by noon. Thank you.
