I have an 09 VW Jetta. This car has about 67,000 miles on it. So when my check engine light went on, I freaked out. I was driving to school and my car was shaking like crazy. There was little throttle when I stepped on the gas. I called a tow truck to take my car to a shop near my house. The shop didn't want to get involved in the repairs. They told me to find another one. I did some research online and found a place with lots of very positive reviews. So, I decided to try my luck with this place. I've had it taken to the dealerships and to a shop that "specializes" in foreign cars, but they did horrible work. So, I called up German Auto Specialists to see if they would give it a go. I had my car towed there and was given bad news. Repairs would be expensive, but they would be able to fix it. I love my car, so I did a lot of thinking and decided to let them repair it. Every penny that went toward fixing my baby was well worth it. My car runs better than it ever did. Thank God for J.R. and for Nick. I couldn't have asked for better mechanics. J.R. emailed me constantly with updates and pictures regarding the screw ups the other shops have made and with their own progress. I am ecstatic to have my car back. I would definitely make the same decision again.
We were very pleased to have overcome all the obstacles and bring your baby back from the dead. Enjoy!
