Great work, but it took linger than anticipated because of complications. I would not hesitate to return for additional work or to recommend your services to others

I have been bringing my Audi and Jaguar here for years. They are always polite and professional. What I like the most is that I never feel like they ask me to do any work on the autos that is not necessary. This is especially desirable, as most repair shops try to sell you more work than is needed. There pricing is, also, quite reasonable.

I always come away with a good feeling that my car has been professionally taken care of. German Auto Specialists are very knowledgeable and take excellent care of my car.

Very professional and thorough. They have a very clear understanding of german made motors. One thing, I was surprised with my last visit - with the the price - as I was not expecting it to be so high. If I am told upfront what the cost will be, I can plan accordingly or perhaps inquire on what options I have. I have spent a lot of money already fixing my car at GAS, but I hope I am not seen as the customer that is the easy pay. I will request a quote next time. That is the reason I am not giving a 10 ... a bit pricey too.

I am a long time customer of German Auto Specialists (over 20 years). They have always been responsive to my needs and have always been the ultimate professionals when it comes to diagnosing issues with my vehicles.They have always made reasonable recommendations for repairs and maintenance that was well within my budget (they've even recommended that I purchase another vehicle if the maintenance costs would be to expensive).

As ever, John, John and Joanne are about as good as it gets when it comes to having your car in the shop. They listen closely to what concerns you and give you an estimate before completing the work. Furthermore, they thoroughly examine your machine and advise you clearly as to items of concern you may have missed. This crew is simply nonpareil.

Simply put, the best around. Great personalized service, JR and his team are super knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They're very sympathetic to the plight of owning an older German car and never try to sell you anything or push you into costly repairs. Their work and attention to detail are top notch.

I was referred to GermanAuto by my regular auto-mechanic for M-Benz repairs that he's not equipped or specialized to handle my E320 & E350. 1) The German Auto folks are true specialists to diagnose (& fix!) problems w/ the computer system that manages my transmission system. 2) When stranded 1K miles from home, Mr Roberts emailed me an equivalent BOSCH Service Dealer & called/wrote that GermanAuto would honor the parts+service warranty once I returned home. 3) Months later, they reset a non-existant headlamp-warning. Their charge? $15-$20. Specialists like Mr Roberts & these specialists are what "BUY LOCAL!" advocates are truly referencing. Pls experience for yourself.
