As always, JR and his team provided me excellent and prompt service. I was searching for a used car and when I found the car I thought I wanted to buy I called The German Auto Specialists for a pre-purchase inspection. JR got my car in the same day and the mechanics did their magic. It was recommended to me that I buy the car. However, they did find a few wear and tear issues that they brought to my attention. I took their advice and bought the car. I was lucky to have peace of mind knowing I was buying something of quality and not a possible victim of superstorm Sandy... and I know what to expect to fix/replace in the near future. Thanks you! I've been going to German Auto Specialists for a couple years now and could not be happier with the service. Maintenance on a german car is never going to be cheap but I always feel like the service received and recommended to me is in line with the needs of my car vs. the needs of the shop. I also appreciate the explanations I receive from John which help me understand what is being done and provides a full perspective of how it will impact my car now and in the future. I love my 2006 Audi A3 and will likely hold onto it longer than I originally planned at least partially because of the service I've received from German Auto Specialists. I whole-heartedly recommend them to anybody looking for a new auto shop.

Great service attention to detail as always

My 2003 VW Passat had no heat. The dealer wanted over 500 bucks to flush the system, my new friends at Germen Auto Specialists did it for less than 300. Thanks Tim and Joanne!

very sensitive to balancing the needed service items with cost. Clearly spelled out what was essential and those items that could be scheduled for later servicing.Appointment was very timely and work completed as promised in one day. Highly recommend their professional approach to servicing my Mercedes S55 AMG.

German Auto Specialist replaced my engine in my 2008 Passat wagon, and now my car is driving like a dream. I have had several VW mechanics and no one is a match for JR and his team. You will not be disappointed.
