I'm a woman with little knowledge of cars, but the guys at German Auto treat me with respect and do great work!

I was referred to GermanAuto by my regular auto-mechanic for M-Benz repairs that he's not equipped or specialized to handle my E320 & E350. 1) The German Auto folks are true specialists to diagnose (& fix!) problems w/ the computer system that manages my transmission system. 2) When stranded 1K miles from home, Mr Roberts emailed me an equivalent BOSCH Service Dealer & called/wrote that GermanAuto would honor the parts+service warranty once I returned home. 3) Months later, they reset a non-existant headlamp-warning. Their charge? $15-$20. Specialists like Mr Roberts & these specialists are what "BUY LOCAL!" advocates are truly referencing. Pls experience for yourself.

I believe that the staff at German Auto Specialists are competent and honest. They came well recommended by the service department at a non- German car dealership. This was my first experience with them but, I will not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future.

The service that German Auto Specialists is awesome. I bring both my C300 and my CLK 430 to them for maintenance. They are experts in their field as well as provide a good value and for a reduced cost compared to other shops.
